JOINT EXECUTIVE SESSION WITH KENSTON BOARD OF EDUCATION

The Bainbridge Township Board of Trustees will hold a special meeting on May 20, 2024 at 5:30 PM at the Kenston Board of Education Office (conference room) 17419 Snyder Road, Chagrin Falls, Ohio 44023 to enter into Executive Session, with the Kenston Local Schools Board of Education, under ORC 121.22(G)(8) to consider confidential information related to the marketing plans, specific business strategy, production techniques, trade secrets, or personal financial statements of an applicant for economic assistance and/or to negotiate with another political subdivision respecting a request for economic development assistance.
