The Township recycling center located adjacent to the service department at 17800 Haskins Road has been extremely successful in an entirely volunteer effort. Residents of Bainbridge Township can bring items to our convents drop-off site. For questions or concerns, contact the Service Department at (440) 543-9874.

What Can Be Recycled?

Cardboard
  • Open and flatten all boxes
  • No soiled/greasy food boxes
*Please utilize River Valley containers for all paper.
Paper
  • Paper - all colors
  • Junk mail
  • Newspapers
  • Magazines
  • Telephone books
  • Soft and hardbound books
*Please utilize River Valley containers for all paper.
Metals/Plastics/Glass
  • Aluminum cans
  • Metal cans
  • Plastic with the recycle symbol and the numbers 1, 2 and 5. No plastic bags!

These bins are emptied every Monday-Wednesday-Friday.

What We Do Not Accept

Food waste, household mixed trash, bio-hazard items, all wrapping paper, paint, chemicals, plastics with no recycle symbol, Styrofoam, plastic bags, and large items that will not fit into bins.

If it does not fit into the container, we cannot recycle it!

*Notice- The recycling center is monitored by surveillance cameras, and individuals violating the rules may be prosecuted.
