Ohio Checkbook is a website where residents may view the expenses of their community. This is a step towards transparency for the residents of Bainbridge Township.
Once on the website, click on the tab marked “Local Gov & School” tab. Then type in Bainbridge Township. From there expenses will be displayed from 2011 through the most recent month-end data. The data will be updated monthly.

TIF, Tax Incremental Financing, is an economic development tool allowing governments, (counties, municipalities, townships) to exempt up to 100% of property tax increases on new investments for up to 30 years. Tax Incentive Review Council, or TIRC meetings are held annually and chaired by the County Auditor. The purpose of the meetings are to review the status of the TIFs and provide recommendation for the annual report filed with the Ohio Department of Development.
The Fiscal Department is located in Town Hall.
